The end of a year comes many things: holidays, family, presents, snow, new beginnings.  But it also brings every magazine to culminate the highlights of the year and present them.  I have already given you various publications who decided on their “chosen ones”. But being that Rollingstone is my favorite music magazine, they’ve just released their Hot List.
